At present we are working on developing the website and the forums to allow for our customers to view the status of repairs, to know what is new in our shop and to get help from our forums.
The forum is split up into 3 main categories
- General - Here you can request general help or advise that is not technical related (there is a section in the workshop forum for that) it can be about computers or even off topic (Note: all forums are moderated and any posts that are deemed offensive or inapropriate will result in deletion and a permanent ban for the poster.
- Shop Portal - At present we are not sure what will go in here, but whatever it is will be shop related.
- Workshop Portal - Here you can get:
-Technical Support from both our engineers and other users.
-View frequently asked questions from either customers in store or online.
-View the status of repairs that are currently in the workshop.
If you feel that we should add other sections then please feel free to request them in the General Section.
Please note that you need to register on the forums to post. The repair bench section of the workshop is only for viewing purposes. If you have a fault with a recent repair please start a thread in the Technical Support area and place in the main topic the repair number.
